This article has as objective to elaborate a procedure for the management of operations that allow properly linking all decision levels to the management of airport entities and their application in the international airport Abel Santamaria Cuadrado. Starts from the analysis of technical-organizational requirements, considering the extent to which the operations function responds to customers and adapts to the environment, seeing it as an outward analysis. On the other hand, the principles of production organization measure the extent to which the operations function responds customer needs, considering it an inward analysis. The tool reflects the complete search for the operations function current state, and the development of improvements and definition of control indicators according to the hierarchical approach turns out the main contributions.
