The Cuba Fire Department suffers of tools of administration that integrates the processes of the salvage activity and rescue in the confrontation to the situations of disasters, for what the purpose of this work is to elaborate the strategy of administration of this body. For that which quantitative and qualitative methods of the theoretical and empiric level were used, such as: modulation, mensuration, observation, documental analysis, systematizing, interviews, surveys, it consults of experts, matrix SWOT (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats) statistical models and the triangulation of sources, data and used methods. Stage and procedures were developed to improve the process of the Fire Department in the events of disasters and other emergencies.
