The article has as aim describe the integration of the social university actors in equipment’s to expire with the cultural general and integral formation of the university students during the period destined of time to his initial formation. The communication realizes from a perspective CTS of how the importance of the complex problems grows constant, and for his solution it increases the significance of the teamwork. There appear the examples of results of investigation that have benefited the educational labor Educational of the Student Residence, from the integration of his social actors: students, teachers and specialists for the educational labor in Cienfuegos's University.
