The progress of education is based on the teaching capacity, the adequate infrastructure, the pedagogical material offered, but especially the level and the type of leadership of the administrators of the study centers. Therefore, a literary review is made of the correct style of leadership of the directors and rectors that should be considered so that in cases where they do not possess them, they can be inculcated in different ways. The transactional style appears as the most convenient in the case presented and an annual evaluation is established by the Ecuadorian government with the Ministry of Education in this area where it establishes compensation or regulation according to the grade obtained.
