The process of vocational training is called to focus in the learning more than in the education, so that it constitutes a point of item for its direction, as the dialectical process of appropriation of the contents and the ways of knowing, doing, coexisting and being constructed in the historical experience, in which there take place, as result of the activity of the individual and the interaction with other persons, relatively lasting and that can be generalized changes, which they allow to adapt to the reality, to transform and to grow as personality. In observed classes, the sample to the processes of the subjects, to the validation of the programs, and the product of the activity of the students, limitations demonstrated as for the search of new knowledge on the part of the students and lacks in the preparation of the teachers related to the investigation as method, preventing in the matters, the development of the logical thought, of there that turns out to be fundamental in this investigation, which is a result of this exploratory study in the pedagogical careers and has as aim to instruct the teachers of the group of the above mentioned discipline in the application of the investigatory method.
