At the moment, the transformation of the society, constitutes a process that propitiates the appearance of new necessities that must be in correspondence with the own social development. It is for that reason that the responsibility of the pedagogical professional identity, constitutes a novel aspect in the interpretation of the formative processes in the Superior Education and one of the current aspirations of the career of Labor Education. An exploratory study carried out in this career in the period understood from September 2016 to June 2017, threw deficiencies in the development of this work, for such a reason intended as objective to elaborate a strategy for the pedagogic professional identity and its implementation, being considered a group of sequential and interrelated actions, for the direction of the process that it is investigated and carried out in this career. But, the logic that is presented can be used in any educational context, since its design is subordinate to articulate situations, approaching the problem from a dialectical and systemic vision, based in the domain of the pedagogy and the investigation.
