The article is the accomplished systematization's product to the criteria emitted by university, expert professors, students and trainees of the Cathedra of the Older Adult, about the Edadismo. His appreciations have been written at a Workshop sold off by the Cathedra in alliance with the Gabinete Psicopedagógico of Cienfuegos's University, using the Plataforma WhatsApp. The Edadismo, once the discrimination was referred to the people by the age, you can be guided toward young people or older people ( PM ), you are acknowledged like a worldwide problem that affects the health and the well-being of the human beings. In this case, it is referred to the older people. You have the objective of socializing the systematization of the contributions of the participants and they summarize the most answered back experiences, the problematization that carry true prejudices and stereotypes about the older people and your impact in health. Finally, the importance of the university program for older people like factor of active aging, social inclusion and empoderamiento are examined.
