Access to quality education in equal circumstances and learning opportunities for all is a commitment that countries have that advocate for the fulfillment of the 2030 Agenda and the objective of guaranteeing an inclusive, equitable and quality education. Educational inclusion is a key aspect that guides governments towards the fulfillment of this commitment, so it is essential that there be clarity about the definition and the aspects involved in it. The purpose of the writing is to reflect on the importance of inclusive culture in the performance of the psychopedagogue, for which a systematization was carried out that allowed understanding the origin of psychopedagogy in Cuban and the analysis of some training proposals for educational inclusion that help to understand the importance of inclusive culture in the performance of this professional.
