This research sought to establish the improvement of online collaborative work by applying the DRIVE program in a Technological Institute of Sullana. It was developed within the quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design and applied to 22 workers who were administered a validated and reliable questionnaire. The results showed a pre-test with a predominance of 54.55% in the medium level, a situation that changed in the post-test since 63.64% reached the high level after applying the program. Likewise, a significant difference (0.000<0.05) was found between the means of the entrance and exit evaluations of the experimental group, verified with the T Student for related samples, which allowed accepting the affirmative hypothesis. Concluding that the significant improvement of online collaborative work and its dimensions was verified by applying the DRIVE program in the Technological Institute of Sullana.
