The purpose of this research is to analyze the teaching treatment in the training of criminal and legal professionals, the participation of minors in the crime of hitmen, becoming a social problem, and of concern to the Ecuadorian State, due to the recruitment of minors, to carry out these acts. The hitman is a crime typified in the Comprehensive Organic Criminal Code, but it is not yet sufficiently treated in criminal matters when it comes to the participation of a minor. The growing tendency to recruit minors and train them as hit men should be an element that is quickly attended to by the laws and the State, a fact that is not alien to the training process. The applied methodology has a qualitative approach, with the application of scientific methods. The results obtained are since gangs or criminal organizations operating in the country recruit minors to give them a type of "criminal education" and thus achieve their objective. The actions that can be carried out within the process of training criminal science students, can in turn contribute to the development of preventive activities in the face of events of this type.
