The present study is based on pedagogical research framed in the educational teaching process of the subject Didactics of Cuban History in the fourth year of the Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education at the University of Cienfuegos The work offers variants that have been put into practice from the Didactics of Cuban History classes for the professionalization of future graduates in order to favor a different methodological renovation that influences the daily modes of action. The implementation of the proposal offers results that indicate that it is possible and necessary to set on the path of the development of the teaching of Cuban History in these future education professionals; at the same time, it seeks to stimulate the reflection on the subject in students, elementary school teachers and training contexts. It was applied in the educational practice and proved to be very useful to contribute to the development of a historical and social culture of the professional, hence the need to promote the history of Cuba. The particularities of the Didactics of Cuban History in teacher training require a different approach based essentially on achieving a more creative and innovative student, who is capable of transforming his educational reality.
