The article in question addresses the importance of regulatory Compliance (Compliance) and its relationship with citizen training in Ecuador. The author maintains that, although there are rules and regulations aimed at guaranteeing integrity and transparency in public and private management, the lack of a culture of Compliance and corruption persist in the country. The text argues that an effective solution to this problem requires a deep cultural change, which must be promoted through education. In this sense, citizen training in ethical values ​​and social responsibility can contribute to fostering a culture of Compliance and transparency in Ecuadorian society. The article highlights the importance of including Compliance training in educational programs at all levels, from basic education to postgraduate training. In addition, the need to have teachers trained in the subject is highlighted in order to transmit the necessary values ​​and knowledge to students. Finally, it is emphasized that the promotion of a culture of Compliance is not only the responsibility of the educational system, but must be a joint effort of the entire society, including the public and private sectors. Only in this way can corruption be eradicated and ethical and transparent management in the country guaranteed.
