Capacity of a work method, devised to evaluate effectiveness of health actions, applied by integral general stomatologist in selected families was proved. Their goals are: to reveal health state of people, to find risk factors effecting on it, to stablish work strategies warranting improvement in health state, to decrease risk factors, to prepare the aims, and to check in a periodical way, effectiveness of such strategies. This proyect is carried out in 200 individual from 2 outpatient department of «Tomás Romay» Polyclinic in Artemisa, taking as sources their family oral health histories. Results show that the lower risk factors are the poor oral health (from 17,3 % to 5 %) and cariogenic diet (from 53,3 % to 38,5 %) in age group under 15 years and increase in a great percentage the healthy gruoup (from 25,2 % to 62,4 %), and decrease the sick person group (from 56,6 % to 19,6 %). We proved that this method is able to assess and to guide the integral general stomatologist work.
