Training at the doctoral level is a continuous process where skills, abilities, values of scientific activity and creativity are developed.Rethinking the problem of interdisciplinary doctoral training is justified by the peculiarities of the object of Educational Sciences, by the shortcomings and limitations presented in the review of numerous results of thesis defended in Educational Sciences.
The analysis carried out allowed us to consider that the pertinent integrating axis to design the content of interdisciplinary relationships in the doctoral training process is the object of investigation, due to its heuristic nature and its multifactorial and contextualized character. As a result of these relationships, interdisciplinarity would be achieved throughout the research activity, in correspondence with the selected methods, a contradiction not yet resolved evidenced, between the mode of action of doctors in different areas as an expression of interdisciplinarity and the specialty as an expression of the parts.
