ROMERO RUEDA, Ignacio; COSTA MONTIEL, Ángel y PEREZ MENA, Bárbara Magdalena. Validation for models of the aggregate motor for energy characterization. Energética [online]. 2017, vol.38, n.1, pp. 54-62. ISSN 1815-5901.
This work developed and validated an aggregatemotor model, justifying the conditions that should complete a group of connected motors to the same bus of electric power in low voltage, so that the motors can be aggregate in order to fulfil its energy characterization. Utilizing the equivalent circuit model, a power balance is made and a comparison between the equivalent motor and the individual motors, in order to analyse its possible substitution for a group of more efficient machines and to evaluate the saving in the energy consumption of these motors. The variations in the magnitudes of the aggregate motor reflected changes in the loads of the individual motors, with an error less than 5%,, still in presence of loads of different characteristic demonstrating the validity of using a motor aggregate for the energy analysis of groups of individual motors
