From the industrial revolution and more recently the activity of the maintenance in the service growth period has developed in business activity a lot, but in the made studies that is seen even though he does not occupy the place that corresponds to him in the processes of the entities of production and services, and he neither integrates to all them physical asset. In this work he approaches the integration of the physical assets considering all what contributes to the result of the business, from the property, the supportive technological systems and the linked directly specialized systems with the business object. The participation of all the processes through an expert strategy of the asset interconnecting all the processes with an efficacious organizational behavior and a management of the function of maintenance by vital processes and under the regulation of paradigms of advanced, looking for a competitiveness and sustainability as he requires one at present. The proposal of the work raises these conceptions as a performance shape reconceptualización and bigger maintenance engineering linking protagonist to the environment and to the market.
