BLANCO ENCINOSA, Lázaro J.. Innovation and Underdevelopment: The Paradox of soft Technologies in Management. Cofin [online]. 2016, vol.10, n.1, pp. 39-56. ISSN 2073-6061.
The present article analyzes the soft technologies, which is a set of different techniques, methods, tools, procedures and elements, in general, developed in order to contribute to the improvement of enterprises and organizations management. This paper defines them and expresses the need to introduce them in the organizations, aimed at solving the large number of management problems. It also explains the general requirements for their application and the knowledge and skills executives and officials should have for their usage. In order to place our enterprises among the best ones in the world, it is then necessary to develop three basic ways to incorporate soft technologies to the entrepreneurial management: to improve and simplify the economic system to give more autonomy to enterprises, to better educate the executives and officials and to increase the innovation-related investment.
