This paper is aimed at suggesting a method for an improved cost control management in the Automobile Repair Shop in the Basic Business Unit Control de Operaciones which belongs to the National Industrial Gases Industry. Literature on this subject was reviewed in order to find out theoretical approaches to such method. Different methods and techniques of research were used.
