The current economic context of the country requires models of management and articulation that respond to the demands of society and in which harmonious relationships of trust and credibility are established among the actors that make up the forms of production organization. In this sense, the article addresses the theoretical-conceptual aspects for the characterization of the results of its articulation in Cuba and contributes elements from the science of management. It presents a methodology for analyzing production chains structured in three fundamental phases with a proposal of tools and techniques that combine the analytical and participatory approaches. It also offers elements for effective decision-making and synergies among the actors involved.
