The article presents a study in the Research, Projects and Engineering Company of Matanzas that consisted in the determination of the Degree of Technological Intensity of the year 2020. For them, the Technology for the Evaluation, Classification and Improvement of the Degree of Technological Intensity in Cuban companies that is structured in three stages and eight steps. The main results are in obtaining the business technological capacity index, which turned out to be regular, which allowed the identification of the weak variables of the organization for the improvement process. Another valuable contribution is the classification of the entity as a Company in Technological Consolidation based on the evaluation of its Degree of Technological Intensity. In the study it was possible to propose a future projection until 2030 for the improvement of its variables.
