In line with this need, the authors of this article set out to determine the current state of the training process of community actors in the community of El Aguacatal Dr Vinces Los Ríos, Ecuador. This factual study was based on the information provided by a documentary analysis, surveys, interviews, observation and review of documents and regulatory laws governing the training process and food sovereignty in Ecuador. As a result of the study, it was concluded that the process is characterized by insufficient intentionality due to the limited interaction and collaboration among the participating subjects, as well as lack of knowledge of legal frameworks on the part of the community actors that allow them to have more competent markets for their productions, prices in correspondence with the quality of their products, where training is the process that uses a planned procedure aimed at modifying behaviors, behaviors and increasing skills, in this sense the community actors in rural areas are based on traditional culture.
