At present, studies on organizational climate become important for the chain of command of an organization reveal both aspects affecting favorably or not in the labor dynamics. The organizational climate is approached from the perceptions of the people within the organization, which depends largely on the activities, interactions and a number of personal experiences that mediate the results of the work. The aim of this article is to diagnose the organizational climate in an organization of scientific and technological information from which is derived intervention strategy in order to improve and achieve greater job satisfaction is derived. It is used among other techniques the questionnaire proposed by the Pan American Health Organization (OPS), which enables the identification of areas for improvement. The main results of the study point to the existence of difficulties in leadership and reciprocity variables, which adversely affects the organizational climate. However, the motivation variable presents fairly favorable results given the level of fulfillment of specialists and working conditions of the organization.
