The change in the world order is most evident in the Eurasian context. It has been promoted by Russia and China through significant coordination, cooperation, and association mechanisms, such as the Shanghai Cooperation Organization which determines the regional dynamics by means of two major Eurasian projects -China's most ambitious megaproject, New Silk Road, and Russia's initiative, The Eurasian Economic Union. This assay examines some of the factors that are currently influencing the reshaping of the dynamics in this region.
