The article analyzes the 2019 Constitution from the technical-legal perspective of Public International Law. The analysis focuses on the new regulation of the reception of international treaties in the Cuban domestic law, and on the inclusion of legal-constitutional bases for Cuban foreign policy, with the aim of establishing the matters that exceeded the regulations in the previous constitutional text and those that maintain the same configuration.
