The topic con property ownership regulated in our Constitution and in de Civil code has always been a headache for the theoreticians and the scholars in regard to real rights. If too that we add that to exercise the justice rights it is necessary to decipher the content, reach and after effects of the legal expression according to their socioeconomic destination, the economic juridical situation of the real right becomes very complex. Today it is important in Cuba to figure out these elements from the constitutional economic statute because it has become essential for understanding the theory we sustain on property and for recognizing private property.
