The 2019 Constitution of the Republic of Cuba introduces important transformations in the organization and operation of state. The article evaluates the changes that operate in the state structure in its general aspects, as well as the links between the different organ subsystems that are determined by their nature, their competencies, and the links of coordination, subordination, collaboration, and cooperation. From this perspective, the article emphasizes in the relationship among the National Assembly of People's Power, the Council of State and the President of the Republic.
