Resumen
VAZQUEZ GONZALEZ, Tatiana et al. Método citoquímico para evaluar adherencia en leucocitos polimorfonucleares neutrófilos. Rev Cub Med Mil [online]. 2002, vol.31, n.1, pp. 37-40. ISSN 1561-3046.
A simple cytochemical and quantitative method was developed to evaluate the adherence in polymorphonucelar neutrophil leucocytes. The cells were isolated by density gradient from peripheral blood of 47 volunteer donors that went to the Transfusions Service of "Dr. Luis Díaz Soto" Higher Institute of Military Medicine. The adhesive quality was amplified by the determination of total proteins by the method of Lowry, after incubating the phagocytes in plastic culture plates of 24 pits. The highest number of values was found between 6 and 10 mg/dL, which accounted for 70 % of the evaluated subjects. The combination of the culture plate as adhesion surface and the determination of proteins as a way to amplify this quality, is a novelty of the proposed method.
