Two cases carriers of benign lymphoepithelial sialoadenopathy are presented, showing that this affection occurs in any sex. Local manisfestations are significant. The physical examination and the parotid sialography give data of interest in both cases to define therapeutic behaviour. Subtotal parotidectomy with conservation of the Facial Nerve was adopted as a therapeutic method because there was not response to the medical treatment.
