Is was performed an observational, longitudinal and descriptive study on a sample of 28 death by acute myocardial infarction to determine the grade of affection of the atherosclerotic injury among the ritght coronary, anterior descending and left circunflex arteries , using the Atherometric System. It was utilized the descriptive statistical method to caractherize the patients according to age groups, sex, atherosclerotic risk factors, complications and infarction localization the two largest epicordial arteries between 56 to 70 years old the obeses and the three arteries. The atherosclerosis was more serious among the patientes with any kind of arrhythmia. About the affection of the three arteries. The rigth coronary artery was the most affected among the infarction of the back and side walls, while in fore wall and back lower wall infarctions was the left circunflex artery.
