At the same time , each group was divided into subgruops of 16 patients each: two formed by hipertensive patients with central obesity and the other two formed by hipertensive patients with central obesity and diabetes mellitus. Out of the study universe (n=64), 50% were womwn and the other 50% men from, 25 to 70 years old. The drug effect was evaluated on the values of blood pressure in a group of patients , analyzing the body mass index at the beginning and at the end of the research. It was found decreasing of values and falling away fo blood pressure values and insulinemia in diabeties. The declining of lipidic values in the study gruops treated with this drug is very important.
