Resumen

A five years old child, feminine sex was presented for left lumbo-sciatica syndrome with an evolution time of one year, together whit it a disk hernia was diagnosed between the 4th and 5th lumbar vertebrae after performing axial computed tomography. The patient was indicated pelvic traction and this treatment modality was combinated whit physiotherapy, so we achieved the total remission of previous symptoms.
