Background: A patient who visited the otorrhinolaryngology service for volume increase of both parotid regions without other symptoms, is presented. The patient is a 58 years old man; after performing different studies including Fine Needle Aspiration Biopsy (FNAB), it is defined the cellular pattern compatible with a Warthin's tumor thus, when carrying out surgical treatment there was a clear coincidence with paraffin biopsy. So, this work is elaborated to show there unfrequent tumors in our environment.
