it is observe with great frequency in the echographic studies of this gland, however its importance depends on its association with the thyroid cancer. Objective: To carry out the echographic clinical diagnosis of the nodules and tumoral massae of thyroid. Method: A descriptive study with the objective of carrying out the echographic clinical diagnosis of the nodules and tumoral massae of thyroid at the Surgical Educational Clinical Hospital "Amalia Simoni" of Camagüey from November 2007 to February 2008. Results: Bigger frequency of the thyroid pathology studied in the age group from 30 to 39 years exists, regarding sex there is representative prevalence of the feminine one. Conclusions: We concluded that the increase of volume of the previous face of the neck and the symptoms of thyroid disfuntion constitute the most frequent discoveries. The echographic images obtained in thyroid allow to establish the echographic diagnostic.
