The work was developed during the paddy harvest years 2007 - 2008 in the Agroindustrial Complex (ISC) Invasive Route Rice Camaguey. Implementation in SISTRAN program for the production process of rice harvest, to the intermediate transport trailers, transport of trailers to the drying room, aiming to sound conformation variants of technical means, within the availability of existing equipment lines in all units of ISC Rice, which satisfy the lower fuel consumption, allowing the harvest to make the optimum time, as efficiently as possible. Due to the diversity of available equipment and conditions under which the harvest takes place, which change constantly between units and within them, it is difficult to manually determine the most rational variants at the time. Sistro software application as a working tool for technicians and managers for decision making in the productive dynamics, previously trained in its use, possible to organize the production process from the time of the planning and implementation of planting and the own harvest time, its implementation was achieved with a decrease in fuel consumption totaled appreciable 21 642 L, with an economic effect of 12 002.15 Cuban peso.
