The emergence of new pandemics has encouraged the improvement and creation of new surveillance systems. A research of development of technology transfer was carried out in the Provincial Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology, from January to September, 2013, which had as objective to automate endemic channels in Villa Clara. All data from the disease registers of obligatory declaration were analyzed. Bortman Method was used. Chicken pox was in alert zone during 2-4, 26, 29, 32-34 and 36 weeks, and in epidemic during 37, 38 weeks. Pulmonary tuberculosis was in epidemic during the first seven weeks; and the rest of the weeks it was in alert. Large volumes of information were processed in a rapid and precise way, and surveillance was attained during all year. It was observed the tendency of these diseases in order to prognosticate and make decisions
