Introduction: The manifestation of the dialectic´s laws through the didactics is a road of valuation of the quality of the current study plan regarding the learning of clinic. Objective: To value some expressions of the dialectic's laws in the design and execution of the current plan of medicine study. Method: Was carried out the analysis of the expression of the materialistic laws of the dialectic's laws in the design and execution of the study plan by means of examples that reflect successes, mistakes and take implicit solution proposals. I Develop and conclusions: Is reflected the importance of the dialectical method for the analysis of the relationship among the design of programs as theoretical expression and their execution like practical expression. Is proposed an eclectic road of solution that includes in the theoretical field the improvement of the design, incorporating him flexibility determined by the readiness of resources and in the practical field of execution of the curriculum measures directed to overcome the problems in the educational acting.
