The research topic focuses on a problematic of pedagogical sciences, interpersonal communication in the teaching-learning process, in the context of the Bachelor of Education. It poses as a scientific problem: How to contribute to interpersonal communication in the teaching-learning process of the Bachelor in Education? The objective is to propose a system of methods to contribute to solve the problem. A mixed approach was used that generated valuable information for positioning. It presents a system of methods organized in three sub-systems: propaedeutic, development and evaluation that relate to the stages of the teaching-learning process, which was validated through the experts, teachers of experience in the career and its application in the practice, demonstrating that it constitutes a contribution to improve the teaching-learning process, since it will allow planning, directing, organizing and executing it from a communicative perspective, and progressively increasing the participation of students in the various academic activities of the career.
