Nowadays, emotional education is a topic of complete actuality as we can observe daily in magazines, television programs and other informative media. However, there is still a need to specify how this issue can be effectively included in our schools. In relation to this arises the following work, which aims through the analysis of previous emotional theories and the study of basic emotional competencies, the development of a didactic proposal through physical activity, relating the objectives and contents of this area with the emotional contents, necessary to achieve the full development of the personality and the improvement of the quality of our social relations.
