The formation of skills and consolidation of knowledge in the subjects Fundamentals of Marketing and Methodology of Scientific Research constitute a challenge in the career of Business Management of the Metropolitan University of Ecuador. That is why, this article aims to show a proposal to integrate the process and contribute to professional training from both subjects. The theoretical foundations of the research projects for the decision making in the consolidation of knowledge are assumed as sustenance and the skills of both subjects are articulated. We rely on a mixed methodology, combining methods such as scientific observation; the analytical - synthetic; the exchange and group discussion to arrive at the validation. The main result is the guidelines to organize the forms of organization and articulate them in the subjects Research methodology and Marketing Fundamentals. As conclusions, it is confirmed that the proposed guidelines can facilitate the development of the training process in general and in particular of the specific skills of these subjects; planning the class in Higher Education must prioritize the harmonic selection of organizational forms for the subjects of the same semester.
