The research aims to propose educational activities that encourage university students in leadership attitudes. They apply in the career of Accounting and Finance at the University of Sancti Spíritus "José Marti". The novelty of the actions lies in emerging frameworks and spaces for discussion and reflection, among teachers and students with the guidance of the Principal Teacher of the Year, with respect because likes, interests, expectations and possibilities of these, taking into account which requires the Professional Model and Objectives of the Academic Year. To develop this research, scientific methods were applied: participant observation, interview, survey and document analysis. Results reveal more student engagement in the tasks and activities, greater involvement in decision-making on matters within its competence, high participation in the development of educational strategy, high willingness to assume responsibility and increased self-critical and critical spirit.
