The study aims to determine the impact of Educational Planning (EP) on Pedagogical Management (PM), Strategic Management (SM) and Operational Management (OM) on the process of improving Initial Educational Institutions (IEI) in southern Peru. The methodology corresponds to a quantitative approach to statistical analysis of data. The type of research of which is descriptive-explanatory of probabilistic sampling made up of 47 teachers. The results state that PE has a positive impact on the GP, GE and GO, since; in the first, the coefficient of determination is R2=0.752 which is equivalent to 75.2% of the variation of the GP explained by the variation of the PE; in the second, the coefficient of determination is R2=0.587 which shows approximately 58.7% of the variation of GE that is explained by the variation in PE; in the third, the coefficient of determination is equal to R2=0.534 which discloses 53.4% of the variation of GO that is exposed by the variation in PE. In conclusion, having a shared vision around institutional planning and raising the leadership of IEIs will determine the learning trajectory of infants.
