School discipline allows the teacher to prepare an adequate environment, where values ​​are applied as a means to maintain effective communication. The type of the study is descriptive, not experimental. The population consisted of twenty-one (21) teachers who work from first to sixth grade of the International Bilingual Institute; population census was applied. Through a survey type the scale of Likert. The descriptive data analysis technique was used. The results reflect that teachers are mediators in inappropriate behaviors assumed by students in the classroom; They also have an interest in applying norms or activities that promote respect, communication, tolerance, solidarity among others among students. It is recommended that from the direction and coordination of the psychopedagogical department, they rely on the functions and roles they perform to promote positive actions among the students through different levels of cohabitation to improve interpersonal relationships and therefore behavior in the school facilities.
