The demographic present-day dynamics in the world and particularly it is an achievement in Cuba and also a challenge, from the political, cost-reducing, social point of view and you compromise multiple sectors and professionals. Personas's University Bigger is a strategic contribution that becomes a resource incluyente and designer. The purpose of work is to reflect, from the prism of well-being and the participation of the older people registered at Cienfuegos's University, considering the experience of almost 19 years of once the Older Adult's Cathedra, without underestimating the challenges that we have was founded for in front, on the subject of articulating the sustainable development with the elevated index of aging poblacional.
