Teachers must be prepared before society for the multiple diversities that are faced at present in conceptual knowledge and attitudinal procedures to proceed to act in such situations in front of young university students. Where the objective of the research is born "Design a program of Pedagogical Strategies for the development of Academic Teaching Competences in UNIANDES-Quevedo”. Starting the research with a qualitative - quantitative, exploratory, non-experimental design, with an analytical - synthetic, logical historical, structural systemic method. The 37 teachers of the university were involved, the data collection techniques and instruments were applied for the desired information, obtaining desired results in research to design, formulate and reorient a program of digital academic competencies in university teachers.
