This project is a qualitative case study in a 25-year-old woman that presents the reflection on being in the family from logotherapy for life. The purpose of this research was to understand the experience of this woman from a phenomenological approach that allows the collection of information through in-depth interviews where 6 categories emerge on which it is carried out, the description, interpretation and detailed analysis of the experience, managing to understand the importance of existential openness to reduce resistance and open up the characteristics of reflection, thus identifying the role it assumes in its family relational dynamics.
