Individual sports that are marked by a high physical and technical demand, find in the so-called Ludo technical proposals for learning athletic disciplines, a space to achieve a high level of children's commitment to tasks, the inclusion of technical rules in the forms played, a sufficient number of opportunities so that all the participants can put them into practice in an atmosphere of fun and enjoyment of the practitioners, which contributes to the child's formation. However, children's competitive activity in this sport often resembles a miniature version of the adult program. That is why this research is proposed as an objective; to design a methodology for the development of the hurdle race technique in children of the 8-9-year-old category based on a Ludo technical approach, for which theoretical and empirical methods and techniques were used. As a result, it was achieved that the designed methodology and its influence system allowed an improvement of the athletes participating in the pre-experiment, hence its relevance and viability, which is corroborated by the users.
