In today's society, the lack of a specialist in Economic Law issues is notorious and even more so when it is evident the little preparation that Law students present in them. Being more specific, the crime of embezzlement is basically made up of public officials as active subjects, the passive subject is indeterminate. This has become a big problem for today's society and especially in the State. Therefore, the vital importance of inserting these problems into the training process of law students so that once they graduate they can face these issues more directly with a better preparation, perspective and thus minimize the durability of criminal proceedings. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to determine the training and preparation from the university of Law students of economic crimes, paying main attention to crimes such as embezzlement, which attack society without distinction of economic position or status. Repercussions on the people causing greater corruption in the high political spheres of the State and the Government.
