The scientific investigations guided to the field of the right of the citizens are every more growing day in dissimilar context. It is for it that the right to be educated that has each person is always a novel and current topic, maxims in a world so globalized as which one is living at the present time. On the approaches before expressed the present work has as objective: to elaborate an educational strategy that favors the knowledge of university students on the right to the education. The investigation was developed in the career of right of the Autonomous Regional University of the Andes, for the same one mathematical theoretical, empiric and statistical methods were used. A pre-experimental study was designed with two tests whose results demonstrate the validity of the since investigation significant difference it existed and the declared hypothesis is proven this way.
