Background: it is impossible to deny, after the Cuban revolutionary triumph, the stamp of Freire´s transformational pedagogical theories in the teaching and projection of the academic medical post grade courses in the health-disease picture by the community educative work of its graduates. Objective: to identify the satisfaction of Freire´s stamp in the post grade community projection in the health-disease picture and the popular educational work or health literacy, through the results achieved by the graduates of broad access masters ´courses, in the main health indicators of the territory. Methods: a documentary research was carried out at "Manuel Fajardo" Faculty of Medical Sciences in Plaza municipality, Havana (2008-2015), the most used theoretical method was the historical-logical; Empirical: documentary analysis of reports, statistical yearbooks and examination certificates for the collection of quantitative data; And the survey to 5 managers considered as key informants; And mathematical-statistics. Results: community health education by the graduates of broad access masters ´courses to diseases of the health-disease picture showed progress in the reduction of infant and maternal mortality rates, adequate control of infectious diseases and elderly people´s care, and actions were taken in connection with the mass organizations of the territory. Conclusion: the satisfaction by Freire´s stamp in the post grade community projection in the municipality health-disease picture is identified in the literacy or community education carried out by its graduates, to improve health indicators of the population.
