The institutions are called to make their workers are trained and prepared more to develop their work. In this context becomes extremely valuable environmental dimension in the training of human resources active in organizations that generate high amounts of pollutants and which in turn are relevant to society, between these entities are guaranteeing hospital care the human health, based on the decreased amount of negative environmental impacts cause such facilities. Therefore today, the need to work the environmental dimension in the formation of human resources in them, and the existence of a methodology for managers of these organizations making effective decisions arises in this regard. To solve the problem, the general objective is to design and implement a technology, consisting of a model and a methodology for the environmental dimension in human capital formation in hospital entities.
